Expo details

While we prepare for the Race day, we have planned the Expo for Bib collection details are as under:

Date: Sunday, the 7thth of January 2024
Time: 10:30AM to 4:30PM
Venue: Athelin store, Shop no 6A, Sector 42-43 Rapid metro station, Golf Course Road, Sector 43, Gurugram, Haryana 122002.

Kindly note

This is the only Bib collection expo taking place.  We will not have any facility to distribute bibs on the race day other than strictly for Outstation runners who have to come at least one hour before their event to collect their Bibs and Jackets. In case you are unable to come physically pls ensure to get it picked with your friends or else.

• Since parking space is less, please try and use public transport, the venue is just under the Sector 43 Rapid Metro Station. If coming by car, please try and car pool
• The bib collection timing will be strictly adhered to
• If someone other than the participant is coming to pick the bib, please carry an authorization letter
• Please do not request for change of jacket sizes as we have stocks in line with the registrations and will not be able to entertain change requests
• There will be a few spots left for spot registration on the Expo Day on first come first basis.
